Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

     This is also known as Eucharistic Ministers.  The term “extraordinary” simply refers to the fact that these individuals are not ordained to ministry, as are bishops, priests, and deacons, but they have made themselves available to this calling to serve their fellow parishioners.  Ministers are also available to deliver the Eucharist to homebound, hospitalized, or infirmed persons.
     Assignments to serve at Mass are scheduled two months in advance, e-mailed to all ministers, posted on the parish web site, and in the sacristy.  If interested, please speak with the pastor.
