Grades 1 & 2

GRADE 1:
IMPORTANT: If you have a student entering Grade 1, you need to call the office to register the child.
Grade 1 students will be in the Home Program. At Baptism parents are told that they are their child’s first and best teachers of their faith. This year we are asking parents to exercise their role in the development of that faith by working with their child on their prayers and the Grade 1 curriculum at home. There will be a Home Program meeting and distribution of textbooks/lesson plans on WEDNESDAY, September 25th @6:00pm. One parent must attend.

GRADE 2:
ALL Grade 2 students will meet on TUESDAY afternoons from 4:00-5:00pm at St. Mary’s Church beginning on September 17th.
IMPORTANT:
On Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 11th at 6:00pm an important ORIENTATION for all parents of Grade 2 students will be held in the upper church. Parents are requested to bring their child’s baptismal certificate with them if their child was NOT baptized here at St. Mary’s. One parent MUST attend in order to receive your child’s class assignment and his/her textbook.
